The program provides case management for outpatient behavioral health services in Lake Charles. It focuses on reducing the disability resulting from mental illness, restoring functional skills of daily living, building natural supports, and solution-oriented interventions intended to achieve identified goals or objectives as outlined in the individuated treatment plan.
